Settled on a hill, just a two minute walk from the sandy beach of Istron Bay, the property is literally sunk in a green carpet formed by wild nature, olive groves, vegetable gardens and majestic palm trees all magnificently merging with the ever changing colors of the sky and the million blues of the sea.
A mini market, a laundry service and safety deposit boxes supplement our range of services but that is not all.
The presence of Istron Bay in the premises provides the option of using all the facilities and services a five star hotel can offer, including Beach with watersports, tennis court, diving courses, Children’s Club, Babysitting Service, Pool, Breakfast buffet, Lunch or dinner in one of the four restaurants and especially Meltemi a romantic restaurant just by the sea, Half board, Room service, and a bar on top of the hotel overlooking the idyllic bay of Istron.

Located just below Artemis, 250 m from the blue-flag awarded sandy beach, this spacious villa consists of two bedrooms and a spacious living area and kitchen.
The living room is extremely spacious (51 m2), and has a touch of romantic atmosphere with its antique furniture. It combines the sitting area, with the eating area and the well equipped kitchen.It has comfortable sitting furniture; 28” LCD satellite TV, home cinema/stereo, a fireplace. The living room is large enough to accommodate one or two more people.
Villa Phaedra has two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. All bathrooms are tiled with white marble. Master bathroom haw a bathtub, the other one, a shower.
The terrace area is large (95m2), it has a wooden kiosk for eating alfresco (we provide barbecues upon request), a swing for relaxing and a private pool 8mX4m with sunbathing area with parasol and sun lounges. Villa Phaedra offers privacy to its inhabitants.
The villa is well insulated and fully air – conditioned. Its orientation (south and west) secures the maximum sunshine, extremely pleasant at the beginning and the end of the season.

Located just below villa Marianna, 100 m from the blue-flag awarded sandy beach, surrounded by explosively blossoming rose and herb gardens, orange trees and next to a big palm tree is villa Dimitris. Its large terrace (106 m2) offers excellent sea views, combined with the exotic garden. The private pool is 6X6 m2, in a stone – flagged terrace strategically shaded to prevent overlooking. Parasol and sun lounges are provided. A marble top table and a barbecue (upon request) make this terrace an ideal place for dining al fresco. A swing towards the bay is an extra touch of comfort and romance.

Villa Lemonia
Villa Lemonia, 2 bedroom (125 m2) maisonette with attached studio (35 m2)
It is located between the village and the sea, only 25 meters from the main road, with all kinds of shops and restaurants. The beautiful sandy beach of Agios Pandeleimon is within walking distance (400 m). Two more of the most fabulous beaches of Crete, Karavostasi and Voulisma are 500-1000 m. away. All the beaches have been awarded with the blue flag and are maintained by the Municipality.
The ground floor terrace is literally planted in the green of the fertile valley of Istron. Sitting there, you are surrounded by the green and the scents of the orange and the olive trees. The spacious stone flagged terrace (85 m2), has a fertile garden area, the dining area (we provide barbecues for dining alfresco), coffee table and the elegant swimming pool with parasol and sun lounges. It is situated in an olive and orange grove extending without any building from the villa to the sea. The pool terrace is between the trees and the first floor balcony has a clear sea view.
The balcony with the romantic swing and the coffee table has an excellent sea view over the green valley.
The extremely spacious ground floor (over 60 m2), is an elegantly tiled and furnished space. It combines the sitting area, with the eating area and the well equipped kitchen plus a marble-tiled WC. Each villa has a large terrace either stone-flagged or tiled and its own private pool. A marble topped-table and benches serves for alfresco dining. Trees and pergolas provide shade and privacy.
It has comfortable sitting furniture; 28” LCD satellite TV, home cinema/stereo, a fireplace. The living room is large enough to accommodate one or two more people.
A marble staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a huge master bedroom leading to the spacious balcony with the swing and coffee table, a comfortable second bedroom and two bathrooms. The bathrooms are tiled with white marble. Master bathroom is extremely large and has a Jacuzzi bathtub, the other one, a shower niche.
A very spacious studio suite, connected with an external staircase might be added to the bedroom capacity of the villa. It has attached bathroom with shower and kitchenette niche (Optional).

Laying on the most spectacular part of the entire north coast of Crete - the Mirabello Gulf - our villas offer an incredible variety of options for all the curious spirits.
The property is settled in Istron, widely known for its magnificent beaches that have been awarded with the Blue flag for a series of years. For those who enjoy the atmosphere of a small town, Agios Nikolaos, the main town lies to the west just a 15 minute drive. With its shady avenues, its picturesque harbour lined with shops, cafes, bars and tavernas and of course the breathtaking inner harbour Voulismeni, which, tradition has it, is bottomless, it offers a different perspective of the Cretan lifestyle. The harbour shelters both caiques and fishing boats which run out to Spinalonga island, the abandoned yet evocative leper colony. Driving a little further along the gulf of Mirabello will reveal Elounda, Crete’s famous resort. The waterfront here is lined with shops and several romantically-inclined tavernas which set their tables on small jetties just above the clear and shallow water. From Ag. Nikolaos you can also choose to head towards the village of Kritsa, famous for its weaving. In this direction its worth stopping to marvel at the beautiful frescoes in the Byzantine church of Panayia Kera, the oldest in the whole of Crete, or to visit the Greco-Roman city of Lato perched high in the hills. Seekers of an authentic taste of Crete can drive even higher on the mountains towards the Plateau of Katharo in an amazingly beautiful route, as the extra ordinary nature here blends with the majestic sight of the huge Gulf, itself backed by the dramatically soaring mountains of Sitia. More surprises await explorers who decide to move east, towards Sitia or Ierapetra, two towns hardly affected by the evasion of tourism. Just a few minutes drive away, a first stop in the Minoan town of Gournia offers some glimpses to the past. Driving further along the Gulf under the imposing sight of the Gorge of Ha, the road climbs up the mountains of Sitia and a glorious panorama unfolds before your eyes. Again the options seem unlimited. You can choose to visit Mochlos where fresh fish is guaranteed or explore a little further away the fertile, full of trees and running water villages. Even from Istron there is direct access to the mountains where a handful of hospitable villages cary on over the centuries the values of filoxenia (considering the stranger a sacred person), the very essence of the Cretan Spirit.
