The accommodation complex “Perigiali” is situated at the coastal hamlet of Skyros Magazia. It has beautiful and spacious areas for pleasant stay during your holidays. According your needs you can choose between rooms of A class, studios and apartments that are only 80 m. from the beach. The accommodation facilities are in a very secluded and quite area of Magazia village. All the rooms, studios and apartments are very comfortable and functioning, have private bathroom, air condition, TV, mini bar, direct telephone connection, spacious verantas and are decorated with tasteful furniture with a traditional touch. The rooms can accommodate comfortably 2 – 4 people.
There is a beautiful reception area that operates as living room, and has a large big and colourful garden where during the summer is served the breakfast. In our garden area is situated the Bar, where you can enjoy drinks, coffee and refreshments. Very close to “Perigiali” one can find a bakery shop, super market, grocery shops, restaurants, tavernas and cafés, the wonderful large sandy beach of Magazia is only 100 meters away, the town center of Chora (Hora) is 15” on foot, while the airport and the port are just 15 mins away by car.

Late check out: Clients occupying the room till 18.00 (06.00 PM) are charged an extra 50% on room rate. After 18.00 (06.00 PM), a full room rate is paid.

Hora or Chora is an impressive village, built on the rock, where on its top is dominating the fortified monastery of Saint George, Agios Georgios.
In Hora you can visit the archeological museum as well as the cultural and folklore Faltaits Museum which are both impressive.
In Skyros you have the chance to see the famous Skyrian horses, that are unique and protected race.
Don’t miss to pay a visit to the Skyrian art manufacturers of ceramic, embroidery and wooden carved furniture and decorations.

From Linaria Port of Skyros you follow the road towards Chora aprox 9km and at the junction where splits Chora and Magazia you turn right and at aprox 1,5 km you will find on the main road a sign of Perigiali Apartments. |

Childrenup to 6 years old: free of charge without bed(when sharing the double room with two adults).
Children 7-12 years old: discount 50% on the adults double price (when sharing the same room with two adults).

Modification policy |

If there is room availability, the ability to change dates is without penalty.

Cancellation Policy |
If cancellation is effected 21 days prior to the date of arrival, deposit is refunded in full to the client.
If cancellation is effected after the lapse of 21 days prior to the date of arrival, client has to cover the 50% of the cost of the total booking.
In case of cancellation during the stay, client should compensate the company with the 100% of the cost for the remaining period of the stay.
If No Show 100% of the total cost of the reservation.
