“Vrahos" is the Greek word for "rock" and because the hotel is built on a rocky slope at Karavostassi bay in Folegandros, that is how it got its name.
"Vrahos hotel" built in 1999 offers totally 29 high quality double rooms, unique studios, comfortable apartments and exquisite suites. Only 20 metres away from the beach, you feel as if the whole Aegean sea is your private swimming pool.

If there is availability for late check out: Clients occupying the room till 18.00 (06.00 PM) are charged an extra 50% on room rate. After 18.00 (06.00 PM), a full room rate is paid.

How to get to Folegandros Island
By Air
• There are no direct flights to Folegandros Island. However there is the option to reach Folegandros Island from Athens International Airport to the airports of Milos and Santorini Islands and from there by boat to Folegandros.
By ferry to Karavostassis port
• FROM Mainland of Greece: Piraeus (Athens) port
• FROM other Greek Islands: Amorgos, Anafi, Ios, Kimolos, Kythnos, Milos, Mykonos, Paros, Santorini, Serifos, Sifnos, Sikinos, Syros and during the summer period from some other islands.

Important Note 2: There are NO banks in the Island. You may use a cash machine (bancomat) in the Chora or change travellers' checks at the post office.
