Rooms and Two Room Apartments, which are equipped with Air conditioning, Kitchenette, oven, TV, French coffee machine and music.

By Air
• FROM Athens International airport
By boat
• FROM Mainland of Greece: Piraeus (Athens) port, Thessaloniki’s (North Greece) port & Alexandroupolis (North Greece) port.
• FROM other Greek Islands: (Agathonissi, Amorgos, Astypalea, Chios, Kalymnos, Karpathos, Leros, Lesvos (Mytilini), Limnos, Lipsi, Mykonos, Nissyros, Patmos, Rhodes, Samos, Santorini, Symi, Syros, Tilos ).
• FROM Turkey: Bodrum port.
How to get to the hotel
When arriving at Kos Island follow the signs to Kos city center. The hotel is located on the main road, just right on the harbour.

o Children up to 2 years old, free of charge. ( for rooms ). Baby cot on request.
o Child 2-12 years old: 50% discount in twin room when sharing the same room with 2 adults.
NO CHILDREN DISCOUNTS IN APARTMENTS
Please also note that the age of children is being checked at the time of Check-in at the hotel and not at the time of booking.

Modification policy |

If there is room availability, the ability to change dates is without penalty, apart from the last 5 days prior to the date of arrival, where there is one night charge.

Cancellation Policy |
o If cancellation is effected 14 days in prior to the date of arrival, deposit is refunded to the client.
o For cancellations received 06-14 days prior to arrival there will be charge 50% of the booking total amount.
o For cancellations received 01-05 days prior to arrival and for Non Show clients there is a charge of 100%.
o We reserve the right to cancel arrangements or refuse to accept the booking confirmation brought at the hotel, either if the agreed payments (deposit and full payment) have not been received in time, or if the bank transfer has not been received or if there is a problem with your credit card.
