Built directly upon a beautiful stretch of sandy beach Hotel Atlantis is a 1300 modern hotel complex. Accommodation can be provided in its main building, in Bungalows, studios and two room apartments. It is situated at an ideal location with a unique view of the vast blue Aegean sea and the shores of Asia Minor, from one side, and the island of Pserimos on the other. The two hotel swimming pools together with its private beach, spanning more than 300 meters directly in front of the hotel, ensure that guests will find their perfect spot for relaxation.

• FROM other Greek Islands: (Agathonissi, Amorgos, Astypalea, Chios, Kalymnos, Karpathos, Leros, Lesvos (Mytilini), Limnos, Lipsi, Mykonos, Nissyros, Patmos, Rhodes, Samos, Santorini, Symi, Syros, Tilos ).
• FROM Turkey: Bodrum port.

How to get to the hotel
When arriving at Kos Island follow the signs to Lambi area. The hotel is located on the main road going to Lambi, 2 Km western of the city of Kos.

Child Policy |
o Children up to 2 years old, free of charge w (when sharing the same room with two adults). Baby cot on request.
o Child 2-12 years old: 50% discount in twin room when sharing the same room with 2 adults.
Please also note that the age of children is being checked at the time of Check-in at the hotel and not at the time of booking.

Modification policy |

If there is room availability, the ability to change dates is without penalty, apart from the last 5 days prior to the date of arrival, where there is one night charge.

Cancellation Policy |
o If cancellation is effected 14 days in prior to the date of arrival, deposit is refunded to the client.
o For cancellations received 06-14 days prior to arrival there will be charge 50% of the booking total amount.
o For cancellations received 01-05 days prior to arrival and for Non Show clients there is a charge of 100%.
o We reserve the right to cancel arrangements or refuse to accept the booking confirmation brought at the hotel, either if the agreed payments (deposit and full payment) have not been received in time, or if the bank transfer has not been received or if there is a problem with your credit card.
