All children under 6 years old, free of charge when using the existing bed.
When1 older child or an extra adult is staying, the room is charged as triple. When 2 older children or two adults are staying, the room is charged as quadruple

Modification policy

Only with prior arrangement and only if there is available apartment.
If not ,then the cancelation policy comes to effect.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 21 days before the arrival NO cancellation fees.
From 21 days to 3 days before the date of arrival and for non show: charge 50% of the total amount of the booking.
For less than 3 days to the date of arrival and for cancellations for one night stay: charge 100%.
For cancellations during stay 50% charge of the remaining period.
